Tell me what you'd like me to do — and when. For example: “every morning at 8am, send me the top news in Austin.”

See it in action

Real people use Day Pilot for things like…

These are actual tasks people set up in under a minute. Pick one you like, or describe your own.

These are just ideas — you can type anythingyou want Day Pilot to do.

How it works

Three simple steps. That's it.

If you can send an email, you can use Day Pilot. No tech skills required.

STEP 1

Tell it what you need

Type what you want in everyday words — like you'd text a friend. For example: "Send me the weather every morning at 8 am." That's really all there is to it.

STEP 2

Pick when it should happen

Once a day? Every Monday? Just this once? You choose the schedule and Day Pilot takes care of the rest. You don't need to think about it again.

STEP 3

Get the result in your inbox

Day Pilot runs your task at the time you picked and sends you a clear, simple result by email (or in the app). No surprises — just helpful information.

You've got this

Built for people who have never used AI

We designed Day Pilot so that anyone — even if you've never heard of 'AI' or 'automation' — can use it on day one.

No apps to install

Day Pilot works in your web browser. Just sign up and start typing.

Plain English only

No coding, no special commands. If you can write a text message, you can use Day Pilot.

Set it up in 60 seconds

Most people have their first task running before they finish their coffee.

One task at a time

Start with just one thing. Add more whenever you're ready — there's no rush.

Your data stays private

We never sell your information. Day Pilot only accesses what you give it permission to see.

Friendly support

Stuck? Reply to any email from us and a real person will help you out.

Your privacy

Your data stays yours

Day Pilot reads your inbox to do a job — it was never built to keep it.

Accessed only when a task runs

Day Pilot opens your Gmail or Calendar at the scheduled moment, does the job, and closes. No browsing in the background — ever.

Seen only by the AI

What it reads goes straight to the AI to produce your result — and nowhere else. Never sold, never shared, never used to train AI models.

Never stored

The contents of your emails and events are never saved to our servers. Only the result you asked for is kept — in your private inbox, visible to you alone.

Encrypted, and in your hands

Connected accounts are encrypted, tasks are draft-first by default, and you can disconnect or delete everything at any time.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Day Pilot read all of my email?

No. Day Pilot only accesses what a specific task needs, and only at the moment that task runs. Tasks are read-only by default — it never sends or changes anything unless you explicitly turn that on for that task.

What happens when a task sends an email or creates an event?

By default, Day Pilot creates a draft for you to review — nothing goes out on its own. Once you trust a task, you can switch it to send automatically.

Which AI does it use?

Day Pilot runs your tasks on Anthropic's Claude. Your task instructions and the data a task fetches are sent to Claude only to complete the task you set up.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month — cancel or downgrade whenever you like, with no cancellation hoops.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes — 3 active tasks and 30 runs every month, free forever, with no credit card required.

Ready to try your first AI task?

It takes less than a minute. Pick one of the examples above or just describe what you need — Day Pilot handles the rest.
