Terms of Service

1. What Day Pilot does

Day Pilot lets you schedule tasks described in plain English. At the times you choose, an AI model runs your task — which may include reading data from accounts you connect — and delivers the result to you. By using Day Pilot you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Day Pilot.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Day Pilot to send spam, harass others, break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

4. AI output and automated actions

Day Pilot uses AI, which can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it. Tasks are read-only and draft-only by default. If you turn on automatic sending for a task, you are responsible for the messages and actions it takes on your behalf. Day Pilot is not liable for the consequences of automated actions you enable.

5. Plans and billing

Day Pilot offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Day Pilot running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day Pilot's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
