Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and login credentials.
Task data: the tasks you create, their schedules, and the results of each run.
Connected accounts: if you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, we store access tokens so tasks can run. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
Billing data: handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

2. How we use your data

We use your data only to run the tasks you set up, deliver their results, operate billing, and support you. When a task runs, the relevant instructions and fetched content are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the result. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

3. Connected Google accounts

Day Pilot only requests the Google permissions a task needs, and only accesses your Gmail or Calendar at the moment a task runs. Day Pilot 's use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect an account anytime on the Connections page, and revoke Day Pilot's access entirely from your Google account settings.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small set of trusted providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI execution), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Inngest (scheduling), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide its part of the service.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Task run history is kept so you can review past results. When you delete your account, your tasks, run history, connected-account tokens, and profile are permanently deleted.

6. Your choices

You can edit or delete tasks, disconnect accounts, and delete your entire account at any time from Settings. To request a copy of your data, email us.

7. Security

Connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to your data is restricted by row-level security so users can only reach their own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
